Terms
You pay once to have your site built and then monthly to have it hosted, maintained and grown. You own it. You can leave any month.
1. Who this is between
"We", "us" and "Site & Seond" mean THE CAIRBON GROUP LIMITED, trading as Site & Seond, registered in England and Wales, company 12302771, VAT 341 9040 24, 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. "You" means the business that signs up. These terms apply from the moment you sign up in the app or accept a quote by email. They are for businesses, not consumers.
2. What we do
We design, build and host your website; deploy your SEO strategy; on Pro and Max, schedule and post the promotional assets you upload; and on Max, run the SALES engine on your site and the CREATE engine, which helps you design your own assets. You watch all of it in the app at app.siteandseond.com, with the tabs your plan includes. What each plan includes is set out on the pricing section of siteandseond.com on the day you sign up, and in your account. You can have more than one site or business under one account: each site is its own plan at the same prices, billed together, and you switch between them in the app.
3. Prices

4. The setup fee
The £399 setup fee covers design, build and setup of your site. It is payable before we start. Once the build has started it is not refundable, because the work has been done. If you change your mind before we start, we refund it in full. The build starts when we send you the first design or, if sooner, when we first ask you for content.
5. The monthly subscription
- Your subscription starts on the day your site goes live, or 30 days after the setup fee is paid, whichever is first, and renews each month on that date.
- It is billed monthly in advance. When card payment is live, Stripe takes it automatically; until then we email an invoice, due within 10 days.
- You can move between Base, Pro and Max at any time. A move up takes effect straight away and is charged pro rata; a move down takes effect at the next renewal.
- If a payment fails or an invoice is 14 days overdue we will tell you. If it is still unpaid 14 days after that, we may pause the site and the app until it is settled. We do not delete anything while it is paused.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel any month. Tell us by email or from your account before your next renewal date and no further monthly payment is taken. The site stays up and the app stays open until the end of the month you have paid for. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
7. Hosting notice and leaving with everything
- When your subscription ends we keep your site live for a further 14 days at no charge so that you can move it, and we send you the full site files, your content, your assets and your analytics in a standard form within 14 days of your subscription ending, at no charge.
- Your domain stays registered in your name throughout. If we registered it for you, we transfer it to you on request.
- After that 14 days we take the site down and delete our copies within 30 days, apart from what the law makes us keep (invoices).
- If we ever stop offering hosting, we give you at least 60 days notice and the same handover.
8. Who owns what
- You own your domain, your content, your accounts (social, analytics, domain registrar, anything we set up in your name), your customer data and the promotional assets we make for you once they are paid for.
- We own our tooling, code libraries, templates and the app. You have a licence to use them for as long as you subscribe. The finished site as delivered to you is yours to keep and to host elsewhere.
- Photographs, fonts and other material licensed from third parties stay under those licences; we tell you what they are.
9. What we promise
- Hosting with SSL, daily backups kept for 30 days, and an uptime target of 99.9% a month. If we fall short in a month we credit that month's hosting on request.
- Maintenance, updates and the SEO strategy as part of every subscription; asset deployment on Pro and Max; the SALES and CREATE engines on Max.
- Reasonable care and skill, and a reply to any message within one working day.
10. What we ask of you
- Content and approvals when we ask for them, so that we can build and post on time. Assets awaiting your approval for more than 14 days are held, not posted.
- Only lawful content, and only content you have the right to use.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think they have leaked.
- Fair use of your plan. If what you regularly ask for outgrows it, we will suggest the plan that fits, not charge you by surprise.
11. Limits
We are not liable for loss of profit, business or data caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including your domain registrar, third-party platforms, or content you supplied. Our total liability to you in any year is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything the law does not allow us to limit.
12. Changes and law
We may change these terms or the plan contents with 30 days notice by email; if you do not like a change you can cancel before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts.
