Leave
You can leave any month. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no notice beyond the month you are in. Everything we built and gathered for you is handed over.
How to leave
Close your account in the app under Account, or email hello@siteandseond.com. That is the whole process.
What you take with you
- Domainyours, released or transferred on request
- Filesthe complete site, ready to host anywhere
- Content and assetsevery page, image and post we made
- Accountsany we opened for you, passwords reset to you
- Datayour analytics and SEO records, exported
How it works
- 01 Say the word, in the app or by email.
- 02 Within 14 days we package everything above and send it to you.
- 03 Your site stays live for 14 days after your last paid month, so nothing goes dark while you move.
- 04 We delete our copies 30 days after that. Invoices are kept, as the law requires.
What we ask
That the month you are in is paid. Nothing else.
Why it is like this
Because you should remain firmly in control. A site you cannot take with you is not yours, and we would rather you stayed because it works than because leaving is hard.
