What does the £399 cover?
The design, build and setup of your website: the pages, the words if you need them, your domain pointed at our servers, SSL, and your account in the app. Paid once, before we start.
How long does the build take?
Days, not months. Most sites are live within a week of the brief. If yours is bigger, we say so before you pay.
What does the monthly fee cover?
On every plan: hosting on our servers with SSL and daily backups, maintenance and updates, the app with the SITE and SEO tabs, and your SEO strategy deployed (pages added, keywords tracked, health monitored). Pro adds SOCIALS, where the assets you upload are scheduled and posted, and Max adds the SALES and CREATE engines, as listed under Pricing.
Which plan should I pick?
- Base if you want a site that is hosted, kept up to date, measured and growing in search.
- Pro if you also post to social media: upload your assets and we schedule and post them.
- Max if you also take bookings or want to design your own assets: the SALES engine on your site, paid straight into your account, and the CREATE engine, which helps you design logos, videos and more.
You can move between plans any month.
Can I have more than one site?
Yes, on any plan. Add as many sites or businesses as you like under one account. Each site is its own plan at the same prices, so two sites on Base are £39 a month each, and one can be on Base while another is on Pro. One account, one login, and you switch between them in the app.
Do I need my own domain?
If you have one, keep it. It stays in your name and points at us. If you do not, we help you choose one and register it in your name, not ours.
What is the app?
Where you watch it all work. SITE is your traffic, your pages, your uptime and every deployment. SEO is the pages we are adding, your keywords and a health score. SOCIALS is the month's assets, the calendar and your approvals. Every plan has SITE and SEO; Pro adds SOCIALS, and Max adds SALES and CREATE. Use it on a desktop, or add it to your phone's home screen. There is no app store.
Do you post to my social accounts?
Yes, on Pro and Max. Upload your assets to the app and describe them, and the app does the rest: it captions them, schedules them and releases them across your social platforms. It also turns the photos and clips you upload into video edits and carousels. Posting needs access to your accounts, which stay in your name.
Can I change things on the site?
Ask in the app, under SITE, and we make the change as part of the monthly maintenance and updates. Bigger pieces of work, a new section or a new tool, we quote first.
Who owns the site?
You do. The domain, the content, the accounts and the data are yours. We host it and keep it running.
How do I pay?
The £399 is invoiced before the build. The monthly fee is taken by card once card payments are live, and by invoice and bank transfer until then.
Can I cancel?
Any month. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. See Leave for what happens next.
Is it secure?
Your password is stored in a form we cannot read, sessions expire, and nothing on this site or in the app tracks you. Your visitors' IP addresses are shortened before anything is stored. See Privacy.
Where are the servers?
In the European Union, with SSL on every site and daily backups.
